The Regional Clubs are formed by groups of Nat. Committees to facilitate interchange of knowledge and experience between countries with common interests and environments.

The Clubs seek to enhance access to ICOLD knowledge and experiences by those who may not otherwise have access to the Commission's events.

There should be one Regional Club for each of the ICOLD zones.

The Vice president(s) of each zone shall participate and collaborate with the Club activities, coordinating the Club meetings and events with the ICOLD activities.
